Over the summer we received some thank you cards for the work being done to improve educational programs for our school district. We would like to share two of those with you. It’s always nice to hear that we are improving the lives of our students and having a positive impact.

A big thank you as well to Beth and Allison for sending them in!

First Annual Alumni & Friends Reception

October 11th, 2011

On November 26th, the Upper Perkiomen Education Foundation (UPEF) held its first annual Alumni & Friends event.

The event was sponsored by Weyerbacher Brewing Company, Country Creek Winery, StandingStone Media and Tri County Area Federal Credit Union.

Upper Perkiomen School District seniors, Emily Baver and Jordan Williams, along with junior Jamie Maximuck provided background music. The jazz ensemble of the Red Hill Band provided the entertainment.

The event helped to raise “seed” money to launch the UPEF and directly benefit students of the Upper Perkiomen School District.
